Shipping & Returns

We ship to US addresses only and all purchases will be shipped via USPS from our Los Angeles, CA headquarters. You can expect your purchase to arrive within 7-14 business days from receipt of your order. For an additional charge, we can expedite delivery to most destinations in 3-4 business days.

  • Please allow up to 7-10 business days to process and pack your order.
  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Delivery times shown below are based upon normal business volume. You may choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery. Not all delivery methods are available to all areas.

 

International Addresses

Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time.

Out Of Stock Items

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled. De La Beuh does not back order.

Order Cancellation And Changes

We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us at delabeuhh@gmail.com with your order number. If you are unsatisfied with your products we offer 

Order Tracking

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.

Returns And Exchanges

Our refund policy is 15 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We are sorry but our bath bombs CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We are sorry but our bath bombs CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at delabeuh@gmail.com and send your item to: 100 N Rancho Road Thousand Oaks California United States 91362.

Common Questions

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

You will need to create a new order if you would like to ship to more than one address.

What shipping method do you use?

The majority of our packages are shipped by USPS. However some packages may be delivered by an alternative carrier. For more information, please contact us at delabeuhh@gmail.com

Do I have to sign for delivery?

You will not have to sign for delivery unless you tick the 'Signature Required' box in the checkout. However, by not ticking that box you are acknowledging that neither USPS nor De La Beu are responsible for replacing product in the event that your order is damaged or missing.

What do I do if I have special delivery instructions?

Unfortunately USPS does not accept special delivery instructions for orders placed through De La Beuh at this time.

Can I return my product if it arrives melted, or melts while I've stored it?

Products labeled with our Melt Warning are made with ingredients that allow the product to melt around body temperature. During the summer months, these products can get very warm in transit and may melt into liquid. De La Beuh is not responsible if the warned items arrive melted, and in most cases you should be able to pop the products into the fridge and still be able to use them. Please note, we are not able to replace or refund these items if they melt in transit. Keep in mind that if you put them in direct sunlight they may to turn into liquid too, get soft and/or crushed so please keep them someplace cool and dry.
